Electricity Corruption

There is anyone who tell the right per unit cost of Electricity....?
 
Government and print media is continously chaning their statements....
 
For your kind info Residential per unit cost of 154 units is Rs. 8.44/= for Nov, 2010 bills
 
and Commercial (shops) per unit cost of 56 units is Rs. 19.64/= for Nov, 2010 bills
 
Then how Jang news paper is saying wrong and low value to nation and other world which is charging KESC, read the jang news paper following news and then decide.....?
